About Us

Brett and Amy Fitzgerald moved to St. Croix from the New Jersey shore shortly after their wedding in September of 2003. After working the St. Croix “scene” for almost a year, they purchased and renovated what is now THE MIX! Through the help of knowledgeable locals and business personnel, THE MIX has been very successful with tourist’s and locals alike!

Executive Chef, Jerome Grant became a part owner within a year and has helped to achieve one of the best kitchens on the island! In April of 2006, THE MIX received second place in the annual Taste of St. Croix competition in the entrée category. This was a great triumph for the restaurant, only being in its second year of business.

The staff of THE MIX is a huge contributor to the success of the restaurant as well. Most have been with the restaurant since the beginning and are truly like family. Not only do they all work together, but they all have fun together as well!!

In short, THE MIX is one big, happy family that is constantly growing, learning, and achieving what has been Brett, Amy, and Jerome’s dream. With the help of our staff, locals, and tourist’s alike……THE DREAM HAS COME TRUE!!
